Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds
Minutes of the December 11, 2008 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, Robert Lutts, Raymond Vaillancourt
and Thaddeus Buczko
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. by Mayor Driscoll.
Two expenditures were made after the last meeting. Robert Lutts made a motion to approve a Brookholtz check for $500, and an Endicott check for $505.47. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously.
A statement was received for post office box rent. Robert Lutts made a motion to approve $112 from the Administration fund for payment. The motion was seconded by Raymond Vaillancourt and voted unanimously.
The Council on Aging submitted a request for medication reimbursements. Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve $35.74 and $820.11 from the Endicott fund. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously.
A special request for assistance was received from Mark Higgins, Principal of the Witchcraft Heights School on behalf of the Macario family. The Board reviewed the request and Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve $1,500 for the family from the Discretionary fund. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buzcko and voted unanimously.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 13, 2008 meeting. The motion was seconded by Robert Lutts and voted unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
